My time with cheech has been nothing but amazing. I came to him at a low point , not trusting myself and even asking myself if I still wanted to play baseball. He turned it all around in a matter of weeks. He was able to bring my confidence back, make me a better person , and most of all gave me my love for baseball back. He gives a player a wide range of knowledge at different positions. He makes sure a player is getting rhythm proper work in cages but also outside of them too. He has pushed me like no other coach has. Without him helping me and making me who I am today, there would be a chance I may not be playing the game I love the most.

Our overall experience with Cheech has been overwhelming great. Though the time spent with him at each lesson seems short, he makes sure each one is impactful. He takes the time to get to know the players he’s working with and ensure that the lessons tailor to their needs, both immediate and long term. He’s able to breakdown the lessons into simple format to help build on the skills they have and show them how to make it better. Cheech takes a positive approach to help his players feel comfortable in how they’re receiving their instructions. He has experience in multiple positions and can offer a wide range of support. He’s very open to communication with his players, often providing support throughout the season and during the off season. Cheech knows how to ensure his players get the work done they need, encouraging them to stay positive, and know that they have it in themselves to be the best they can be.
